Welcome to Flowlix, an AI-powered creative image tool focused on generating aesthetic bouquet group photos. This Subscription Agreement governs your subscription to the premium features of the App provided by the developer. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Premium Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, the User Agreement, or the Privacy Policy, you must not purchase or use the Premium Subscription.
This Agreement applies to all Subscribers of the App's Premium Subscription. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and have the authority to use the payment method associated with your Subscription. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing or using the Premium Subscription, in compliance with our age restriction policy and applicable laws.
We offer three Premium Subscription Plans to meet different Subscriber needs: Monthly Subscription, Six Month Subscription, and Yearly Subscription. Each Subscription Plan has a fixed duration: Monthly Subscription for 1 month, Six Month Subscription for 6 months, and Yearly Subscription for 12 months. The specific pricing, duration, and included Premium Features will be clearly displayed within the App (on the subscription page) before you complete your purchase. All pricing is in the currency specified on the subscription page, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing from time to time. Any price adjustments will not affect existing Subscribers during their current Subscription period; new pricing will only apply to new Subscriptions or renewals after the current period expires.
The Premium Features included with your Subscription may include, but are not limited to: high-definition saving of generated photos, advanced AI synthesis effects, and priority customer support. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Premium Features at any time, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the overall value of the Subscription during your current period.
To purchase a Premium Subscription, you must select a Subscription Plan and provide a valid payment method. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in Section 5 of this Agreement.
Payment will be processed immediately upon your purchase of the Subscription. The subscription fee covers access to the Premium Features for the duration of the selected Subscription Plan. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your Subscription, which may be added to the subscription fee and charged to your payment method.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information, and to update your payment information promptly if it changes (e.g., expired credit card, changed billing address). Failure to provide accurate payment information may result in payment failure, suspension of your Premium Subscription, or termination of this Agreement.
Unless you turn off auto-renewal before the end of your current Subscription period, your Premium Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period for the same duration and at the then-current price.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through the App's settings or your device's subscription management page (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Turning off auto-renewal will not cancel your current Subscription; it will only prevent the Subscription from renewing automatically at the end of the current period. You will continue to have access to the Premium Features until the end of your current Subscription period.
We will send you a reminder notification before the renewal date, so you have sufficient time to decide whether to continue the Subscription or turn off auto-renewal. The notification will be sent through the App or to the contact information associated with your device (if applicable).
If the auto-renewal payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired payment method, or declined transaction), we will attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period. If the payment still fails after multiple attempts, your Premium Subscription will be suspended until the payment is successfully completed. If the payment is not completed within 7 days of the renewal date, your Subscription will be terminated, and you will lose access to the Premium Features. You may re-subscribe at any time after termination, but you will be subject to the current pricing and terms of the Subscription Plans at the time of re-subscription.
Your privacy remains our top priority even when you subscribe to the Premium Features. We handle your data in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy, and we never collect, store, or share your personal information, facial information, or portrait photos beyond the temporary processing period needed to generate bouquet photos. This commitment applies to all Subscribers, and your subscription does not result in any additional data collection beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not collect any payment information—all payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment service providers, who are contractually obligated to protect your payment information. We never store your credit card details, billing address, or any other payment-related data. We also do not track your subscription usage, Premium Feature preferences, or any other activity in a way that could identify you, ensuring your anonymity is maintained even as a Subscriber.
Any AI-generated bouquet photos you create using the Premium Features are saved only locally on your personal device—we have no access to, control over, or ability to view these photos. You retain full ownership of these generated photos, and we never use them for any purpose without your explicit consent, in compliance with our zero-data-collection policy.
You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time. To cancel, you can turn off auto-renewal through the App's settings or your device's subscription management page. Turning off auto-renewal will ensure that your Subscription does not auto-renew after the current period expires. If you cancel auto-renewal, you will still have access to the Premium Features until the end of your current Subscription period, and no further charges will be made after the period expires.

During your Subscription period, you are entitled to the following rights, subject to compliance with this Agreement, our User Agreement, and Privacy Policy:
Your right to use the Premium Subscription is limited to your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your Subscription access, Premium Features, or any content provided through the Premium Subscription with any third party, including but not limited to family members, friends, or colleagues. Sharing your Subscription access is a violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of your Subscription without refund.
When using the Premium Subscription, you must comply with the following obligations, in addition to the obligations set out in our User Agreement:
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Subscription when using the Premium Features, including any content you upload, generate, or share, and any consequences arising from your non-compliance with this Agreement. You agree to bear all losses, liabilities, and costs incurred by us or any third party due to your violation of this Agreement or improper use of the Premium Subscription. This includes but is not limited to losses caused by sharing your Subscription access, using the service for illegal purposes, or infringing on the rights of others.
All intellectual property rights related to the Premium Subscription and Premium Features, including but not limited to exclusive bouquet templates, advanced AI synthesis algorithms, software, code, design, text, images, and any other content provided through the Premium Subscription, are owned by us or our authorized licensors. These intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws, and no one may use, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or exploit them without our prior written permission.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your Premium Subscription will automatically terminate at the end of your Subscription period if you turn off auto-renewal or if the auto-renewal payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days. You may also terminate your Subscription by canceling auto-renewal, as set out in Section 5.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Premium Subscription in the following circumstances, without prior notice:
Upon termination of the Premium Subscription, you will lose access to all Premium Features immediately (if terminated for violation) or at the end of the current Subscription period (if canceled or expired). You will still be able to use the free core functions of the App, unless your access to the entire App is terminated due to a serious violation of the User Agreement.
Upon termination, all rights and obligations you have under this Agreement will cease, except for any rights or obligations that should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy protection obligations, and liability for past violations). We will not be liable for any losses you incur due to the termination of the Premium Subscription, except for losses caused by our intentional or gross negligence. If the Premium Subscription is terminated due to your violation of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fee.
We may occasionally update this Agreement to reflect improvements to the Premium Subscription, changes in our practices, or feedback from Subscribers. However, any updates will never reduce your privacy protections—we will never start collecting personal information, facial information, or any other data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy, and we will never change our practices to allow for data sharing or tracking without your explicit consent.
When we make updates, we will post the revised Agreement within the App, and we will notify you through the App (via a clear, unobtrusive notification) the next time you open the App. Your continued use of the Premium Subscription after any updates to this Agreement means that you agree to the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations as a Subscriber.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you purchase or subscribe to the Premium Subscription. We reserve the final interpretation right of this Agreement, but this right will not be used to unfairly prejudice your legitimate rights and interests. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
